I heard this word 土炮 (tu3pao4) on a Chinese "Idol" program.

the sentence from the subtitles was:
我其實在講土炮應該是講你

I looked it up in both Wenlin and MDBG and didn't find it

so I guess it's slang?

what does it mean?
